Pay as You Go - 8 Week Blocks
If you are not in the position to commit to online coaching for whatever reason then a personalised programme may be a suitable alternative. We have a quick chat where we discuss your current ability, fill out a PARQ (physical activity readiness questionairre) and then I will design a fixed period programme best suited towards your goals, which you can then perform at your own free will.

These programmes are personally tailored to each individuals current ability level. Due to my gym instructor background I am well experienced in dealing with all kinds of clients. From absolute beginners going their first run to designing ankle rehabillitation programmes to sunday league football players, I can easily adapt my techniques and implement these to your benefit. Currently I offer 6, 8 and 12 week programmes that include but are not limited to fat loss, muscle gain, body recomposition, mobility, calisthenics & injury rehabilitation.
